Croquetas caseras


Carne cocida (en este caso la del caldo bueno de la pellas)
(jamon, pollo o gallina, brazuelo, hueso ternera, esquinazo ...)

700 g Leche
170 g Harina
100 g Mantequilla
50 g Aceite
1/2 cebolla
Nuez moscada y pimienta negra


Desmenuzamos la carne cocida del caldo.

Ponemos la mantequilla y el aceite en el vaso y la cebolla, 3 minutos a temperatura Varoma, velocidad 3 1/2.
Añade la harina, 1 minuto, a 100º velocidad 2 1/2. Incorpora el resto de los ingredientes de la bechamel y programa 7 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 4.

Echa la carne cocida y mezcla con la espatula, vierte la masa en una manga pastelera, con boquilla lisa ancha, ves haciendo tiras largas y corta a unos 4 cm, pasalas por pan rallado y frie.
